Exercises to stimulate metabolism instantly!

Staying in shape is not easy and I think many of us here know that. The good thing is that we have found several ways to do this by stimulating the metabolism. You definitely have to organize yourself and dedicate a little time to it, it is not something magical that will happen on its own. If you dedicate at least 40 minutes of your time a day to small exercises, your body is more likely to burn calories more efficiently. You need to get your body moving, at least 10 minutes and I mean your WHOLE body. And look, precisely for this, I am going to present you a series of exercises so that you can choose. Try to combine them in sections of 2 minutes each 🙂 You don’t have to do them all, but it would be best.
- Mountain Climber – Bend over and place both hands on the ground with one leg straight and one leg bent forward in a runner’s stride position, as if you were about to climb. Now alternate legs quickly, keep both bands on the floor, and do this for a minute or two.
- The Bicycle – Lie on the floor with your knees bent and while you lift your upper body, as if you were about to do a sit-up, extend your legs one at a time, as if you were pedaling a bicycle. Your hands should be behind your head with your elbows facing out. Try to touch your left knee with your right elbow and vice versa. -Pushups– You can do this the hard way or the easy way. Face down with your feet and both hands on the floor and push yourself up, or place your knees on the floor and do as many push-ups as your body allows.
- Lunges – Hold a weight in your hand and step with your leg at 90 degrees. When going down, keep your hands at your side. Continue doing this while alternating legs.
- ** Jump Squats – **Start in a squat position and jump. Bring your arms above your head as you jump. Try to do this for a full minute.
- **Ball crunches – **Hold the ball while doing a crunch. Throw the ball up and catch it before lying back down. Repeat this for a full minute or more. Exercising is essential for us and with these simple exercises you have everything you need to stay in shape without having to slave at the gym.
