Easy exercises that you probably already do
Most of us have at some point played a sport or enjoyed dancing or moving in some way or another. Discover these easy exercises.
If you want to get active, read about these easy exercises that you left behind and didn’t remember you could do. We all remember our time as young adults. When we had all the strength, energy and motivation. In addition to having the time to dedicate ourselves to a sport or physical activity that also helped us stay in shape. Most of us have at some point played a sport or enjoyed dancing or moving in some way or another. It is something natural of youth. However, when we reach adulthood, we increasingly have more goals, more visions and, therefore, more responsibilities. Generally we get a job and we make a family or a partner and we worry about giving the best to our children. That’s when time passes and we look back and you haven’t exercised for many years. Without taking care of ourselves, with a sedentary life, prioritizing work and other things. Without taking health and our FUTURE quality of life as a priority. Who do you want to be for your grown children or for your grandchildren or for those you love? I assure you that you do not want to be a burden or suffer from chronic diseases that get worse over time or that make you dependent on medication for life. That is why it is never too late to want to improve your quality of life and give the best to what is most important, your body. Remember that without the health you enjoy in that body, perhaps you would not be able to do many things and that is when you decide to start taking care of yourself and eating a balanced diet and drinking plenty of water. But something equally important remains… But are you afraid of exercising after so many years? Lose your fear of exercise. Here is a list of physical activities that you forgot that you could do and that you can still do, try to start in order to recover your physical condition in a healthy way. Exercises
- Walk: Do you remember years ago? When maybe you didn’t have a car and you were more active in other places outside the home and you walked a lot as if nothing had happened. But if you try to start at a brisk pace, it’s probably not a good idea. Try to start from less to more. *At first try to walk 10 minutes. A couple of days later 15 and then
- Increase the difficulty gradually. Don’t forget that there are many times when you don’t have routine physical activity.
- Climb Stairs: Avoid elevators and climb stairs. Do a few laps of the ones at home or use the machines at gyms that imitate the work of climbing stairs. If you do it at a pace and increase the number of times you climb stairs, you will improve your physical condition. Don’t forget that the key is consistency.
- Jump rope: Maybe you were a girl and it seemed like a game, but try to practice this exercise and I will repeat it again. Do it gradually. First slow and a few minutes. Then, as you feel the strength return and regain confidence in your body, increase the difficulty of what you do. Dare to practice that sport, that dance or that activity that you have always wanted. If you do these 3 activities in order and gradually, later you will be able to do them regardless of the order and you will be able to sign up for those dance classes you always wanted, or practice that sport as a family. There are many ways to exercise. Try to regain your physical condition, not only to be in shape but also to enjoy good health. Take care of yourself, it’s your life, it’s the only one you have.
