5 simple exercises that you will see results in the moment

By doing certain exercises you cause your blood to accumulate in the fast-twitch muscles or muscle fiber, giving instant results.

Although it is true that there are no miraculous exercises, that does not mean that there are no routines or exercises that cannot give you instant definition. By doing certain exercises, 3 to 5 sets with repetitions between 8 to 12, you cause your blood to pool in the fast-twitch muscles or muscle fiber. As a consequence we see a preview of what your muscles would look like after weeks of exercise. So try these 5 exercises that will make you look better after proper repetitions:

  1. Kettlebell swing This dynamic and intense exercise works your muscles from your back, butt, thigh tendons making them look more toned. This exercise will help revolutionize your cardiovascular system, get you sweating, and reduce any abdominal bloating.
  2. Deadlift This specific one will help you tone your butt. After one set, you will feel the firmness, look bigger and feel it too. The glutes are our largest muscle group in the body and this exercise will move you like never before.
  3. Resistance bands for biceps These bands are very good for the biceps because they maintain continuous tension in the muscles and the longer you keep your biceps tense, the more ‘swollen’ your biceps will look. This will leave your arms looking more toned the rest of the day.
  4. Man maker This exercise will tone your arms, legs, shoulders and even the core of your body if you are using moderate weight on the dumbbells. Your stomach will become deflated from all the sweat you will produce and your muscles will bulge. Make sure you have a towel to wipe off once you’re done with the reps of this exercise.
  5. Sumo Squats This exercise will make your back, glutes and legs hurt for days, since the muscles you will use the most are your inner thighs, which is why you will feel them almost immediately on fire, as well as being firmer and stronger. Remember that the more repetitions, the more you will notice the result. Also make sure to be consistent and try to do them for at least a week, so in the long run your muscles will tone up until they look the way you prefer.
