Day 4
Mixed Bean Salad:
• Different types of beans. • Corn. • Red pepper, chopped. • Tomatoes, chopped. • Sliced onion.
For the dressing:
• Mango puree. • Olive oil. • Honey. • Coriander, chopped. • Green chili, chopped. • Salt and pepper.
Day 5
Summer salad:
• Beans black, drained. • Spinach, chopped. • Tomato, cut in large pieces. • Cucumber, in slices. • Mango, chopped in pieces. • Purple onion, finely cut. • Radish, sliced • Avocado, sliced • Feta cheese, crumbled • A handful of herbs (mint, cilantro, basil). • Dressing to your choice. *
Day 6
Mixed Vegetable Salad:
• Mixed vegetables (steamed: small slices of red potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas raw, sliced radish, cucumber, tomato, avocado). • Lettuce. • Watercress. • Boiled egg, sliced • Slices of purple onion. • Feta cheese crumbled • Lemon juice, cilantro, oil, salt and pepper to season.
Day 7
Spinach salad with avocado and strawberry
