Ingredients: 4 onions 1 bunch of fresh cilantro 1 fresh green chili, sliced ​​2 teaspoons of lemon 1 small egg 2 cans of tuna 1 teaspoon of fish sauce (planam) 200 g of cabbage, grated 2 cloves of garlic, crushed Freshly ground black pepper Lemon juice 1- Mix the onions, cilantro, chili, lemon drops and egg in a food processor. Add the tuna and plan-nam. Mix again briefly to avoid a too thick texture. 2- Heat a non-stick pan and when hot, add tablespoons of the tuna mixture to the saucepan.
