Ingredients
▪ 170 g of hazelnuts** ▪ 115 g of coconut oil** ▪ 85 g of cocoa** ▪ 1 teaspoon of vanilla** ▪ Stevia or another type of sugar-free sweetener to taste* ▪ Pinch of pink salt
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 180˚C.
- Toast the hazelnuts on a baking sheet until golden and fragrant, about 10 minutes.
- Rub the hazelnuts on a clean towel to remove the skins.
- Add all ingredients, except hazelnuts, to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness. *5. Line a baking dish with wax paper. Pour the mixture into the refractory and spread it to 3 mm thick. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
