Really, the current pace is almost impossible and responsibilities at home and outside of work leave you no time for yourself. The answer is to change habits and routines just a little. Habits Take a few conscious minutes to read the labels of the foods you are buying, don’t be fooled. Eat at your own time and in a balanced way. Walk 30 minutes a day. *Leave the car further away or get active in the way you prefer. You don’t always need a gym, but simple will and determination. Respect your hours of sleep. Recharge the battery. Do not do prolonged fasts. This causes metabolic disorders and therefore facilitates weight gain. Hydrate yourself. Avoid sweetened drinks. Soft drinks can contain up to 16 tablespoons of corn syrup or sweeteners, just in a 500ml bottle. Many more calories than you need. Smile. Try to be good and do, to the best of your ability, all the things that make you feel good. Remember that this life is to be enjoyed, what better way than to enjoy it by taking care of yourself and giving your body what it needs, a quality of life, longevity. Give your family more peace of mind, educate them with you in the process. A little order to your habits and believe me, time will no longer be an excuse. Lose weight in a short time if possible.
