These keto pancakes are probably the tastiest breakfast you’ll ever eat. Don’t believe me, try them!

Ingredients

100 g almond flour. 🌰 4 eggs, at room temperature. 🥚 60 ml unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened plant milk of your choice. 👊 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. 🥄 ½ tablespoon baking powder. 🥄 2 sachets of sugar substitute. 👌 Oil, as needed for greasing. 8 slices of golden smoked bacon. Low calorie maple syrup, to taste. ☺️

Instructions

1.- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, eggs, almond milk, vanilla essence, baking powder and sugar substitute well. 💪 2.-Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. 3.-Pour ¼ cup of the pancake mixture onto the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. ⏲️ 4.-With the help of a spatula, turn and finish cooking for 2 minutes. 5.-Remove from the pan and repeat with the rest of the dough. 🔥 6.-Serve with low-calorie maple syrup and bacon if you wish. 👌 **I give you a recipe book with super delicious dishes.
