Zucchini lasagna Ingredients:
- 4 green pumpkins
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cups mozarella cheese
- 1 cup skim sour cream
- 1 cup of mushrooms Preparation:
- Fry the onion with the mushrooms with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- make an Italian sauce with the tomatoes and onion.
- Cut the pumpkins into thin slices, arrange a bed of pumpkins in a previously greased mold, one of the sautéed mushrooms and another of pumpkins.
- At the end, put the grated mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven for 20 minutes over low heat until melted.
