The ingredients

Japanese Salad

200g frozen edamame beans, thawed. 2 carrots, cut into long, thin strips. 2 chives, cut into long, thin strips. 8 radishes, cut into thin slices. 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce. 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
