Today we have a delicious recipe; Healthy Spring Rolls. These rolls are delicious, but commonly the ingredients that some restaurants use to prepare them are not very healthy, so to speak, which is why we bring you this version so that you can eat them without compromises. Ingredients 1 teaspoon vegetable oil ¼ kilogram lean ground chicken ½ onion, chopped 1 carrot, grated 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon soy ½ tablespoon powdered ginger 12 spring roll wrappers optional: 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro Preparation Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a medium skillet. Add the chicken, onion and garlic. Cook for 3 – 5 minutes until they start to brown. Add the cabbage and carrot and cook for 3 – 5 minutes more until they begin to soften. Pour and mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ginger powder and cook for 2 -3 minutes to combine the flavors. Make sure the chicken is completely cooked. Let the mixture cool slightly. Optional: Mix with cilantro To assemble the rolls, put 1/3 cup of mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold as directed on the package – basically pull one corner over the filling, fold the sides toward the center and roll. Wet the corner with water and seal the roll. Bake the rolls: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake the rolls for 12 – 15 minutes until they begin to brown, turning once. so that If they become crispier, put them under the grill for 1 – 2 minutes on each side. Fry the rolls: Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add 4-5 rolls at a time and fry. Turn them with tongs when necessary. With these rolls you will surprise everyone. There are 268 calories for every 3 rolls. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the rolls when they are cooking, as they can burn very easily. If the olive oil is not enough to fry the rolls, add an extra tablespoon.
