CWP Recipe: Healthy Chocolate Mousse

This Chocolate Mousse is lower in calories, but will give you the same satisfaction as real chocolate mousse so it would be your ideal dessert.

Here is a healthy dessert recipe for the whole family. I love this chocolate mousse. It’s lower in calories, but will give you the same satisfaction as real chocolate mousse. You can replace one of the avocados with a ripe banana if you prefer a sweeter flavor. *

Ingredients:

• 2 avocados ripe (240 g). • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder. • 1/4 cup of milk of your choice (I like unsweetened almond milk). • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. •1 pinch of salt. • ½ teaspoon of sugar substitute or 2-3 tablespoons of natural honey (add more or less sugar substitute according to your taste).

Instructions:
