INGREDIENTS:• 1 chopped banana without peel.• 2 eggs. **• Coconut oil or butter for frying. * Optional: Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the mixture if you want more flavor. Serve the pancakes with strawberry, yogurt, cinnamon, butter, maple syrup or you can try nut butter and seeds (sesame, chia, hemp seeds) drizzled with a pinch of natural honey. Method

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the banana and mash to form a dough.
