CWP Recipe: Fennel and Mushroom Salad

Fennel is a vegetable that has a stem, very similar in flavor to celery and arguably in appearance as well. It contains a large amount of water and will keep you with the vitamins you need in your daily life.
Ingredients
To prepare this salad you will need the following ingredients.
- Fennel
- Sunflower seeds
- Grape tomato
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Portobello mushrooms
- Olive oil
Preparation
And later for the preparation you will have to follow these simple steps.
- Start by removing the stems from the mushrooms and with a spoon remove the inside. Leaving a kind of deep plate with the top part of the mushrooms. Add olive oil to your mushrooms, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let your mushrooms roast a little on your stove over low heat.
- Now continue to cut the fennel into very small pieces. You can first cut it vertically and then cut it into squares.
- Then chop the parsley very well along with the rosemary.
- Then chop the garlic finely.
- Cut the grape tomatoes into 4 parts
- Once you have everything, place it on a plate, add the sunflower seeds and mix everything very well.
- Remove the mushrooms from the stove and continue to serve your vegetable mixture on each of the mushroom caps. Ready, now you have a very delicious salad that will provide you with many nutrients.
