Cwp Recipe: Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of flour. • 1/4 cup cocoa powder. • 1 teaspoon of baking soda. • 1/4 teaspoon of salt. • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. • 1 cup of almond butter (no added sugar). • 1/2 cup of brown sugar (or coconut). • 1/2 cup of almond milk. • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. • 1 cup of oats. • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds. • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. * *
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl medium, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and the cinnamon Leave aside.
- Combine the almond butter and brown sugar in a mixer, until smooth soft and fluffy.
- Add the almond milk and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- Lower the Mixer speed to lowest and mix dry ingredients until combined.
- Add the oats, almonds and chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten the dough with your hand.
