CWP Recipe: Chicken with Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients:

2 zucchini large, trimmed. 🔪 oil spraying. 🤗 2 x 100g fillets of chicken breast. 🐣 1 onion small, finely chopped. 🔪 2 cloves of garlic, crushed. 👊🏻 a pinch of crushed dried chillies. 👌 Juice of 2 lemons. 🍋 100ml of broth chicken. 🐔 6 cherry tomatoes, cracked 🍅 1 small bunch parsley, finely chopped. 🤓 salt and pepper freshly ground black lemon wedges, to decorate. 🍋

Instructions:

  1. Cut in long pieces with the peeler the zucchini. Leave them aside.
  2. Spray Lightly oil a saucepan and place over medium heat. 3.Add the chicken breasts to the hot skillet and cook for about 15 minutes, until that they are golden and well cooked. 🔥

  4. Add the chips, lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and Stir in the tomatoes and half the parsley. **
