This recipe for Chicken Skewers with Hummus and Herbs is an easy and healthy gluten-free dinner that everyone will love. Try them for dinner tonight! 🙌

Ingredients

2/3 cup of fresh cilantro. 1/2 cup of hummus (natural). 1/2 cup mint fresh. 1/4 cup broth reduced sodium chicken. 👌 2 tablespoons of tahini paste. 🥄 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley. * 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. 🍋 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. 450 g of breast chicken 🐣, cut into 2-3 cm cubes.

Instructions

1.-Place everything, except the chicken, in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. 👊 2.- You must finish with about 1 cup of marinade. 🍵 3.-Put aside half the marinade for later and pour the rest into a large bowl. 🥣 4.-Add the chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours up to overnight. 5.- Heat the grill to medium-high heat and place the pieces of meat on skewers. 🔥 6.-Handle grill for 2-3 minutes per side (a total of 8-12 minutes) or until cooked.
