CWP Recipe: Carrot Cake Balls (Natural and Healthy)
These carrot cake balls are high in fiber, making them a very healthy snack between meals.
A high fiber recipe that is great when you are looking for a healthy snack between main meals. The recipe makes up to 12 carrot cake balls and has 76 calories per ball. The ingredients • 120g unsalted and raw cashew nuts. • 75 g of oats. • 90g of dates. • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- * • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. • 1 medium carrot, grated. • 50 g of ground almonds. • 100g nutty • 30g desiccated coconut. Instructions: 1.-Add cashews, oats, dates, cinnamon and nutmeg to a food processor. 2.-Mixture until a thick dough is formed. 3.-Add grated carrot, ground almonds and nutmeg.

4.-Come back Mix until the dough is slightly sticky. 5.-Roll up the dough into 24 balls and roll each one in the desiccated coconut. 6.-Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper. 7.-Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden.
