INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup almond milk (or skim milk). 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup of oats. 3/4 low-fat Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup sugar substitute. 1 egg. One teaspoon baking powder. 1 pinch of salt. *
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a square mold of about 20 x 20 centimeters. Put all the ingredients in a blender until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. You can check that it is ready with a knife, if it comes out clean or just crumbs it means it is done.
