CWP Chicken Enchiladas

An easy-to-prepare homemade recipe with delicious flavors. Enjoy these enchiladas without tortillas. They are my favorites! 😍
Ingredients
2 breasts of chicken. ½ cup of flour of almonds. 2 large eggs. 1 tablespoon of butter. ½ cup sauce red for enchiladas. ¼ cup mixed cheese Mexican, grated. ¼ cup onion chopped. Salt and pepper taste. Coriander to taste.
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts in two equal pieces. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat and turn the oven to 200°C. 🔥
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper. 🐣
- Press in the almond flour and cover evenly both sides.
- Beat the two eggs, dip the chicken in the egg and cover both sides. 🐓
- Brown the chicken breast on both sides sides in the pan.
- Pour ½ cup of red sauce to enchiladas on top of the chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle over the ¼ cup of onion chopped, and ¼ cup of grated cheese. 🧐
