You can play with the ingredients and Create a different flavor every day. 👌 Replaces the lettuce with brown rice or quinoa if you don’t mind carbs, use salmon or tuna instead of chicken, add some nuts or seeds like additional topping and make your favorite dressing to add extra flavor. I know creative! 🤩 my version favorite is this very low-calorie, low-carb bowl, with lots of healthy fats and a little fruity flavor. 😋
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup of chopped lettuce. 🔪 • 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. 🍅 • 1/2 avocado peeled into thin slices. 🥑 • 1/4 apple in slices. 🍎 • 80 g of thigh grilled chicken (without skin or bone). 🐔 • 1/2 egg cooked cut into quarters. 🥚 • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro (optional). 🥄
Ingredients for the dressing:
• 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. 🥄 • 1/2 teaspoon of honey. 🍯 • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. 🍋
Instructions:
- Place the lettuce in a bowl. Top everything with tomatoes, avocado, apple, chicken, egg and coriander. 🤓
