Have you been looking for something that helps you regain energy, but is rich in nutrients and flavor? These chia and chocolate balls will give you everything you are looking for! Eat them after your workout or right when you need a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder (or freshly grated ginger to taste)
  • 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the food processor or blender, except 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix everything until it has a paste consistency.
  • With a small spoon, scoop out the mixture and shape it into spheres.
  • Place them on a plate or baking tray and put them in the refrigerator. *They are best stored in an airtight container. With these delights you will surely not run out of energy again for a while!
