Ingredients The number of ingredients is based on 8 servings •1 1/2 cans of black beans •1 teaspoon of pepper •2 cups of not very ripe mangoes, cut into small pieces •1 large avocado, peeled into thin pieces •2 cups of watermelon, cut into cubes •1 jar of sweet red peppers, drained and chopped •1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil •2 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce •1 teaspoon of garlic powder •1 1/2 teaspoon salt •2 teaspoons lemon juice •2 teaspoons sweet mustard •1 teaspoon chipotle sauce •1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley How to prepare •Preheat the grill over low heat. •In a saucepan over low heat, heat the beans with a teaspoon of salt and another of pepper. •Place the mango and watermelon on the grill in large slices to make it easier to grill before chopping them into pieces. Cook for 2 minutes on each side of the slices or until the color is slightly matte. •In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing: virgin olive oil, teriyaki sauce, sweet red pepper, lemon juice, sweet mustard, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley.
