Arugula salad with mango

This nutritious arugula and mango salad combines powerful nutrients to eliminate fat from our body and prevent many diseases.

This fresh arugula with mango salad can be an excellent accompaniment to a grilled chicken breast or a good fish fillet (salmon, tuna or any white fish).
