INGREDIENTS: 1 jar of canned artichoke hearts 2 or 3 slices of Serrano ham 2 cloves of garlic Lemon Parsley Salt Olive oil Method of Preparation: In my case, I have used some already cooked artichoke hearts that come in a jar, and I find it very convenient to always have on hand. There are also frozen artichoke hearts, which also work very well. We put a tablespoon of oil to heat. We slice the garlic and sauté it over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, until it is soft. Add the ham cubes and artichokes, and sauté over high heat until the artichokes are well cooked. We add salt to taste and chopped parsley, and if you wish, you can also add a few drops of lemon on top. We serve and that’s it!
