But if you are like me, busy all day, with a thousand things on your mind, which I don’t even know where it is, it is very likely that you have already forgotten them. I will share a 21-day challenge to motivate you. Last night I started thinking about what actions I can do to be a better person, to improve my world and the world around me. Being a CWP consultant has brought me a lot of satisfaction and helping others look and feel good about themselves is a wonderful experience; but there is still more. Would you like to join me for 21 days in this challenge? I want to inspire you, accompany you when you decide to be happier. I will give you the necessary challenges that you must set for yourself so that you can discover and follow your personal path. List of challenges 21 days without complaining Gossiping doesn’t help you much in your daily life. It only accumulates negative energy around you. Stop complaining and looking for the negative side to everything. Everything happens for a reason, let’s face things as they are. Change your way of seeing life, bringing out your positive side to the uncomfortable situations that arise in your life. 21 days reading 20 minutes So yes, we are all busy grabbing the book we have in our room waiting to be read. But let’s take time out of our day to start with the first pages of our favorite book. 21 days saving Sorry, for 21 days we will go on a consumer strike, we are going to discover everything we can save you if you avoid unnecessary purchases. Which means, goodbye to stops at the corner store (seven, oxxo, extra, Juanito’s store) If you really don’t need it, DON’T C OMPRES. We will also say goodbye to casual cravings for 21 days. 21 days goodbye cell phone Okay, maybe we can’t turn off the cell phone for 21 days, but we can propose that when we are spending time with friends and family, we put it on silent. It has never been easier to be distracted, alone or in company. To reconnect with the world around you, keep your cell phone in your pants or bag. Pay attention to the person in front of you, I promise! The world will not end for not responding to a WhatsApp immediately. EYE! You are the challenge. The trick is to focus on a single challenge so you can implement it in your daily life. To see how it changes you, after 21 days you will be able to see if it is worth continuing or if it is simply not for you. The important thing is always to test, experiment and analyze your behaviors and what you have done wrong, what things have not gone as planned due to certain attitudes you have. Discover and become more aware of yourself, your values, your habits and your short and long term goals. You don’t need a huge list. Just focus on the small details and the things you want to improve in your life, to have new habits you always need security and desire to do things.
