There are no longer only sports activities such as swimming, basketball, soccer, today in order to give it another twist and make it as least tedious and as dynamic as possible, activities such as: Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, BodyPump, Body Combat, Kapoeira, Arabic Dance, etc. exist. ##Crossfit It is an exercise whose purpose is to increase muscle strength through your own body weight. so that the strength gain will be in line with our body (what is known as relative strength). A 2011 study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology found that men who did full-body resistance exercises (in one or three sets) boosted their metabolism by 6% over 3 days. The more muscles you use in training, the more calories you burn. In CrossFit you generally work in a circuit form, which promotes fat loss. The exercises follow one another, either marking them by number of repetitions or by time, with fairly short rest periods, making Crossfitters not stop still for a second.
