Homemade Ramen Bowl

Prepare homemade ramen in the comfort of your own kitchen with very few ingredients and in a very simple way.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of sesame oil. • 1 teaspoon of olive oil. 🥄 • 2 teeth of chopped garlic. • 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger. 🧐 • 1/2 cup of grated carrots. 🥕 • 1/2 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced (optional). • 4 cups of vegetable broth. • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (optional). • 3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce (to taste). • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce (more or less, depending on your tolerance). • 2 x 85g servings of ramen (discard flavor packets). 🤓

To serve

• chives in slices. 🔪 • Seeds of sesame. • Carrots grated. 🥕 • Boiled egg. 🥚

Instructions

1.Heat the sesame oil and olive oil in a medium-large saucepan. 🔥 2.-Add garlic and ginger, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. ⏲️ 3. Add the carrots and mushrooms if using, and simmer for about a minute. 4.- Add the broth, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar (if using) and soy sauce. 5.-Stir and cook over low heat for about five minutes. 🤓 4. Place the Ramen noodles in the pot of boiling broth and let cook for approx. 23 minutes. 5. Carefully transfer the soup and noodles to bowls and allow to cool. At this time, make the boiled eggs. 🥚

**Boiled eggs
