Healthy bread with seeds

With a fresh loaf of homemade bread, you always get all the benefits of healthy ingredients and you will lose weight

make your own bread may take a little time, but it is definitely worth the effort. 👌 * With a fresh loaf of homemade bread, you always get all the benefits of healthy ingredients. None of the preservatives, salt or refined sugars added. 👊 This recipe makes two loaves of bread, one to eat and one to save for later. 🍞 You can use nuts instead of seeds (walnuts, almonds, even pistachios) Or add some dried fruits (blueberries, raisins, dates…) Or even herbs (dried oregano, rosemary, basil…). Create a different flavor every time and enjoy. 🤓

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of quinoa (raw and rinsed). 🥄 * 1 cup of flour of wheat. 🤗 2.5 cups of flour. 🍵 1 tablespoon of chia seeds 🥄 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds. 🥄 1 pack of dry yeast. 😃 1.5 cup of water lukewarm 🍵 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. 🥥 2 tablespoons of honey. 🍯 2 tablespoons of black honey 🍯 ½ teaspoon of sugar. 👌 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds. 👊

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl large, add ½ cup warm water. Mix half the honey. Sprinkle the yeast and let it rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. ⏲️
  2. Add 2 cups of flour, all the wheat flour and the remaining warm water to the mixture yeast. 🧐
  3. Add the seeds, honey, black honey and melted coconut oil. Mix well. 💪
  4. Knead until Let it take a soft ball shape. Add more flour or water if necessary. 😇
  5. Roll the dough into a ball and brush with oil. 🙃
  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and leave it somewhere warm until dough doubles in size (1-2 hours). ⏲️
  2. Once risen, place the dough on a floured surface, cut it into two pieces and give it an oblong shape. 🤗
  3. Place them in a long baking dish. 🔥
