This delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants and provides several health benefits. Green tea is excellent for the morning when you need a little more energy. *

Ingredients:

• 3 tablespoons of hot water. • 1 tea bag green. • 2 teaspoons of honey. • 1½ cup blackberries frozen blues. • ½ half a banana. • ¾ cup of almond milk.

Instructions:

Add the tea bag to the hot water and let steep for 3 minutes. Remove the bag of tea. Stir the honey into the tea until it dissolves. Beat the blackberries, banana and almond milk in a blender.
