Did you know that it is bad to sleep on a full stomach?

It is advisable not to drink a lot of liquids and eat very light things, since going to bed with a full stomach can disrupt your rest.

We know that in the night phase, our metabolism begins to enter a state of rest, in order to restore tissues and take advantage of nutrients to all the organs of the system. That’s why it’s not good to sleep on a full stomach.
