But at its core, it’s simply creating the right conditions to help our body do the job it needs to do. Just as your body needs a vacation from your work routine, it also needs a break to recharge from everything else. Over time, our body consumes so many not-so-healthy foods. Like caffeine, alcohol, stress, toxins in our daily environment and unhealthy habits that sneak into our daily lives.
