That’s why our nutritionist has created this fantastic menu so you can enjoy your CWP life to the fullest. If you are crossing step 3 of the Cambridge Weight Plan, this CWP menu is for you.

STEP 3

1000KCAL

Breakfast Cambridge + Breakfast (150 kcal) Mid-morning choose an option Natural light yogurt or milk Food to choose Conventional Food (460 kcal) (cereal + protein + vegetables + fruit) Mid-afternoon choose an option 1 cup of light gelatin or 1 cup of tea or coffee to taste without sugar Dinner 1 on Cambridge + 1 salad from the list. Breakfast 1 sachet CWP oats – malted – or – soup – bar Fruit with yogurt ¾ cup light yogurt 1 apple Egg in sauce 1 egg or 4 whites

  • ½ grated or diced tomato ½ slice of whole wheat or light bread Toast bread with grilled cheese 60g panela cheese ½ cup nopales ½ slice of bread Egg with potato 1 egg or 4 whites ½ cooked potato Bread with ham 2 slices of turkey ham ½ slice of toast ½ tomato Chicken with pepper 60g chicken breast ½ cup peppers ½ corn tortilla or 1 nopal (Señor Cactus – Susalia) Tuna salad 40g tuna in water ½ cup pico de gallo 2 pieces of whole grain crackers Snack ¾ cup of natural yogurt or 1 cup/200ml of light milk or 1 bonus bar Food Roasted chicken breast with salad and baked potato 100g skinless chicken breast 1 cup green salad 1 cooked potato with salt Fish fillet with steamed vegetables 160g white fish 1 cup broccoli and cauliflower ½ cup rice or 1 cup whole wheat pasta Enelbow salad with tuna 1 cup of cooked elbows + 1 can of tuna in water 2 diced celery sticks + ¾ cup pico de gallo Sandwich 2 slices of ham + 80g panela cheese Lettuce + tomato 1 tbsp mayonnaise 2 slices of whole wheat bread Chicken Toast Sanisimo type baked goods(2) 2 tbsp black beans 75g shredded chicken breast
  • 60g freshly ground cheese 1 cup vegetables Steak in sauce with nopales 75g beef steak 1 cup – 2 nopales, chopped and stewed to taste (tomato, chili, onion, garlic) 2 corn or nopal tortillas Fish toast Sanisimo type baked goods(2) 160g fish fillet to taste 1 cup vegetables (tomato, chili, green pepper, radishes Dessert / Fruit: One option from the list Snack 1 cup of light gelatin or 1 cup of tea or coffee to taste without sugar Dinner 1 meal CWP + Green Salad ½ cup of lettuce + ½ cup of spinach + ¼ piece of cucumber 1 meal CWP + **Salad with mushrooms ** 1 cup of lettuce + ¼ piece of bell pepper + 1/2 cup of mushrooms + 1 teaspoon of olive oil + spices to taste 1 meal CWP + Tricolor salad 1 cup of lettuce + ¼ piece of tomato + 2 pieces of radishes + 1 teaspoon of olive oil + spices to taste Note: You can change the salad for 1 ½ cups of green vegetables to taste.

How to prepare CWP products:

  • Oatmeal: Mix with 140ml of hot water and put in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Milkshake: Mix with 500ml of water. Optional add ice to make it frappé type.
