One of the big myths when we want to lose weight is that we must count calories. In fact, doing this can often divert us from what we are looking for and in reality, the only thing we need is something we already know. Improve our diet We must change denatured foods. This is what they call those that have had their nutrients removed or their properties altered. The belief that the only thing you need to do to lose weight is eat less and move more is nothing more than a misunderstanding. In fact, a misconception about how the body works when it comes to storing energy. Believe it or not, we use energy when the body makes nutrients available. Your body also self-regulates the amount of activity it does based on the amount of energy available. If your energy stores are low, you will most likely feel tired and exercise less. That’s why focusing on diet is key. And by that we simply mean eating nutrient-dense foods. There are some foods that contain more than others. We leave you a list with some recommendations 🙂

  • Salmon – What you have to observe when eating fish is the healthy fat content and the level of contamination. It may sound a bit far-fetched, but wild Alaskan salmon ticks both boxes.
  • Bone Broth – It sounds horrible and yes, it is what you think it is. But it is one of the best things you can do to your stomach and body in general.
  • Kale – In terms of nutritional density, it is the victor among green vegetables.
  • Garlic – It has been proven to have a series of nutrients that produce a series of responses in your body, from reducing inflammation to fighting infections that resist antibiotics. Don’t forget to also check out black garlic, which, as crazy as it sounds, is extremely good for you.
  • Sprouted – Potassium, fiber, protein, calcium, iron, thiamine, zinc, vitamin A, B6, B12…and this is not even half of the list. So, let’s accept the situation. Do we want to lose weight? So we need to eat well.
