A healthy remedy for winter flu
This remedy will help you fight your winter flu.

- salt
Instructions:
- Soak the orange in salt water for 20 minutes
- Cut the orange about 2 centimeters from the top so that it looks like a plug

- Sprinkle ½ to 1 teaspoon of salt and let it dissolve in the orange
- Cover the orange with “its lid”
- Place the orange in an empty container
- Put the orange in a vaporizer for at least 15-20 minutes
