It’s very late at night and you keep tossing and turning in bed unable to fall asleep. Create the ideal sleeping environment

Exercise

Avoid eating right before bed

For many, dinner is the heaviest meal of the day, it is when foods with high fat content are most craved. Although you can eat something light, try to eat it early as digestion requires a lot of energy and the process will keep you awake. If you definitely have to eat something before going to sleep, the most recommended thing is whole grain cereal; Don’t eat sugary ones or those with chocolate.

Music is the perfect company

Music is a double-edged sword when it comes to sleeping, since if you have never listened to it, your mind will be thinking about the lyrics of each song, so it is preferable that it be calm music and one of your classics, so that your mind does not pay attention to them.
