1. Hydrate
One of the easiest ways to stop nighttime cravings is to hydrate! When you feel the need to eat something, try drinking two or more glasses of water. Another great option is to make yourself a cup of herbal tea, which can relax you enough to forget about food. According to research, eight ounces of water can be effective enough to fill your stomach and disconnect you from food, all while consuming zero calories.
2. Distract yourself
Boredom may be a reason why you suddenly feel hungry. If you’re not tired, but it’s already late, just distract yourself!
