You make sure that every time you eat, you have protein, fat and carbohydrates, along with your vegetables. You can spend the rest of your life eating like this, it’s a lifestyle.

  • Find some joy

I know this sounds corny, but I believe it to the core of my being. It’s the best advice I could give anyone. “Find the joy in your life”, when they say this will impact all other areas of your life, they are not wrong. When you do, the joy will transcend all the things you want to do. When you start your day or better yet, your diet, think: What makes me happy? my dogs? couple? Whatever it is, be grateful for it, appreciate it and never take it for granted. When you do it, it feeds into the central nervous system and makes you feel a little better.
