3-day detox to feel better

We can start with this 3-day detox diet that I found. It will be quite useful to feel lighter, lose weight and improve your digestion. Take three days to start the detox! Day 1 • Before breakfast: a glass of water, juice of half a lemon and grated zest of one centimeter of ginger root. • Breakfast: juice with 2 stalks of celery, 1 small cucumber, 2 kale leaves, parsley, 1 small lemon and 1 pear or apple. • Mid-morning: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 fruit and 1 infusion. • Half day: sushi salad with avocado, 2 small cucumbers, 1 grated carrot, a handful of alfalfa, watercress, cabbage, cilantro, 1 sheet of nori seaweed and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds. You can prepare a sauce with 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and lemon juice. • Mid-afternoon: carrot and kiwi, in pieces or juice. • Dinner: soup with 4 cups of water, 4 medium zucchini, 3 stalks of celery, 1 cup of cilantro, 1 large bunch of parsley, 3 medium tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of oregano. Day 2 • Before breakfast: a glass of warm water with lemon juice. • Breakfast or: fruit salad with low-fat yogurt and 2 tablespoons of oats. With a glass of skim or soy milk. • Mid-morning: 8 almonds and a glass of natural fruit juice. • Half day: vegetable soup with 2 slices of whole wheat bread and fresh cheese. • Mid-afternoon: juice with 3 stalks of celery, 3 small cucumbers and 3 carrots. • Dinner: chicken and pineapple salad. Day 3 • Before breakfast: a glass of warm water with ginger zest. • Breakfast: cereals rich in fiber, with fruit, oats and nuts, with juice. • Mid-morning: a fruit and a green tea. • Half day: grilled fish with lemon juice and olive oil with vegetables sautéed with a tablespoon of sesame seeds. • Mid-afternoon: a glass of pineapple juice, and 1 natural yogurt with pineapple pieces. • Dinner: lettuce and tomato salad with onion, 100 g of low-fat cheese and whole wheat bread.
